Delivery/Setup/Pickup

You can expect your yard greeting to be set up in the evening the night before your special day for an AWESOME AM surprise.

Daytime setups are available upon request and our availability...just ask! 

The yard greeting will be picked up that same evening.

Special arrangements for specific times can be made by contacting MYD.

Rental Policy/Agreement

  Payment is required at time of booking in order to confirm and hold your reservation.

• For the safety of everyone, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on/around the lawn greeting. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on them.  

• Please do not remove/move any signs, including any advertising sign. Please do not throw lawn displays in the garbage, or vandalize the signs. Even if you do not like the display gift sent to you, these items are our property and our business. It is best to notify the recipient to NOT touch the display, as YOU are still RESPONSIBLE for it.

• Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display or attempt to move the display at all.

• If you have a lawn crew, please arrange for them to come on a date that the letters are NOT on the lawn. Grass clippings stain our letters.

• If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, mowers, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.

• We do encourage you to pose next to the display and take pictures of your celebration. However, please do not pull the signs from the ground. 

• Miracle Yard D’Signz and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during set-up and removal of any of our signs.

Refund Policy

• If you need cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may opt to have a credit for the full amount paid toward a future booking date, based on our availability.

• In the event we are unable to set up the greeting due to inclement/hazardous weather you will receive a full refund.

• No refunds will be given due to client giving us the wrong address.

• No refunds will be given due to the homeowner/property owner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

• No refunds will be given due to yard conditions that prevents the display from being set up (i.e. hard ground, rocks, etc).

• No refunds will be given due to animals preventing the display from being set up.

• No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community/property.

• 

   A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged in the event we must return to remove, move and re-setup a greeting at the corrected address. 

  This also applies if we must return at a later date/time to install due to being unable to gain access to the property the first time.

Serving: Bardstown, Boston, Cecilia, Elizabethtown, Fort Knox, Glendale, Hodgenville, Lebanon Junction, New Haven, Radcliff, Rineyville, Sonora, Vine Grove and surrounding areas. 

Prices include delivery, greeting set up and pick up.

$85 - Personalized, Single Phrase Greeting (ex. Happy 6th Birthday Aidan)

$25 - For Each Additional Phrase

$15 - For Each Additional Name

$25 - For Each Additional 24 Hours

$25 - For Same-day Orders (if available)

$25 - For Holiday Setup

$20 - $50 - For Out of Delivery Area (depending on location)

Payments & Hazardous Conditions 

PAYMENT

You will receive your invoice by email.

I prefer CASH APP ($jessmkam) or VENMO (Jessica-Kaminski-01) but also accept cash and Paypal (@jak8273).

IF using Paypal please use the Friends and Family option.

Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.

We do not accept checks at this time. 

HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

I may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions.

I will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.
